very little going on this week. it's quiet. i'm lazy. usually around december i'll imagine what a biographer would say about my past year.

leaving the house is awful due to traffic and the pavlovian holiday frenzy. i'm craving eggrolls. just had a few glasses of a mediocre pinot noir. i've also picked out a chianti for tomorrow that will hopefully be better. i've not yet developed an ability to distinguish good wines from great, but its sort of fun to try. mostly its just fun to drink, but the cultivating thing is good too.

Hey, thanks for your recommendations. I will definately look for "win: uncorked", it sounds perfect. I can't wait to see Sideways, it looks extremely nice. I live in a smaller town so it hasn't come out here yet, but hopefully within the next few weeks I'll have a chance to see it. Take care!
