The Pomp. The Pageantry. The Personality Cult.

I have a bi-partisan dislike of presidential inaugurations. Their sole purpose is to honor and celebrate the absolute worst in human nature, which can be defined in two words: group mentality.

I'm a bit of a contrarian this way.

I loathe groups, ideologies, clubs, fraternities, political parties, trends, beliefs, organizations and any so-called truths.

The majority is a panicky, thin-skinned collection of intellectual cowards. Always.

The minority is a petty mob of self-pitying and manipulative cowards. Always.

Individuals can be spontaneous, thoughtful, interesting. Groups, on the other hand, are thoughtless mobs that lack any shred of honesty or integrity; the potential for progressive thought is, by definition, absent from groups.

Individuals are capable of independent thought. Groups desire one thing and one thing only: to be led. Period.

All truths are lies utilized in the suppression of individual thought. Global warming is real and it threatens us. Global Warming is an urban myth rooted in the anti-capitalist tenents of Marxism.

Both statements are accurate.
