"Informed Revolt"

The summer issue of Lip Magazine is now available. The editor was kind enough to include my mock book review for the Holy Bible. Lip is sold here in my small town, so it shouldn't be too difficult to find. Buy it for the other articles which, as usual, are terrific. It's a magazine written from the point of view of progressive, lefty activists, but it never goes in a predictable direction. This particular issue, for example, offers constructive, well-meaning criticism of the left. Articles include:
